When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?

Monthly Subscription:

Your first bill will be processed when you place your order. For the months to follow, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing and shipping cycle. All payments will be auto-renewed on the first of the month. Any payments made after the 20th of the month will be shipped the following month. You will not be rebilled on the 1st until your first package is received.


Quarterly Subscription:

When you subscribe on a quarterly basis, you’ll pay for your full three month subscription up-front. You will see a charge on your credit card every three months.



When does my box ship?


Our shipments go out on the 21st of each month. Please allow up to five business days to receive your package.



Where does Curly Crown ship?


We’re able to ship subscriptions and full-size products to any address in Canada! Please note that due to shipping regulations, full-size products cannot be shipped to Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, and P.O box addresses.



Where can I buy the full size products in my Curly Crown Box?


We encourage you to visit our online store (coming soon) for all the brands featured in your Curly Crown Box to purchase full size items.



Are the products all natural?


The brands we partner with are designed for healthy, natural hair - meaning that they are very likely to be silicone, sulfate free and natural! However, because the products vary from month to month we cannot guarantee all products will be natural.



If I change my mind, can I cancel?


Of course! Monthly rebillable subscriptions can be canceled any time through your profile. Subscribers may opt out of auto-renewal before the 25th- otherwise, you will be rebilled on the first of the month to receive your final box.



Can I return my Curly Crown Box?


Subscription boxes are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns. Please feel free to share your concerns with us at [email protected], we would love to hear from you!
